Half Marathon and Relay 8:00 am
5K Fun Run 8:15 am
From the comments I've heard from many runners it appears we saved the best for my last! Nothing like slogging through standing water, sliding on "slippery than snot" mud, running in a torrential downpour while navigating the trails of the course you love to hate, to really make a trail runner happy! Check out the photo and video links on our Photo Page if you want to relive the fun.
It's been a fun, challenging and rewarding 13 years. I'm going to miss seeing your wet, muddy, (and sometimes bloody,) exhausted and smiling faces crossing the finish line. Even though I'm retiring from being the Race Director of the RRR, you might see me on the other side of the starting line on a future RRR. RunFlorida Run Shop and the Fort Myers Track Club assure me that the RRR will continue.
